Grand Prize Award (2018-2025)

The “Grand Prize Award”, one of the employer activities of “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme”, aims to encourage MDs to showcase their commitment to corporate social responsibility by supporting ERB courses and services so as to contribute to the manpower training and development of Hong Kong. City Services Group is awarded the "Grand Prize Award”by the highest level of participation in the employer activities during 2020-2023 .

Energywi$e & Wastewi$e Certificate

The City Services Group (CSG) has been dedicated to contributing to society while also focusing on sustainable development in the community. Recently, CSG was bestowed with two "Hong Kong Green Organization Certifications" by the "Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence Committee", which includes the "Energywi$e Certificate with Good Level" and the "Wastewi$e Certificate with Good Level". The purpose of this award is to acknowledge companies for their efforts in energy conservation and waste reduction, as well as their commitment to adopting various environmental measures in their daily operations to reduce waste generation and energy consumption.

Esg Pledge Scheme

ESG Pledge Scheme is organized by The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong and co-operated with Hong Kong Brand Development Council. The scheme is aim at strengthening the concern of sustainable development. this is the second Gold Award since 2016, and once again affirming

The " ERB Excellence Award for Employers" Award (2022)

City Services Group (CITY) has been awarded the " ERB Excellence Award for Employers" by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). Over the years, CITY has been continually supporting the manpower training and development with recruitment from retraining programs and to create employment opportunities for the unemployed, regardless of the outstanding number of recruitment from the council, the outstanding rate of recruitment ratio, and the outstanding rate of retention from recruitment. In addition, CITY has developed internal training which has tailor made by training institutes based on the demand of the industry focusing on customer service, fire safety and housing estates maintenance. Those training are not only to improve the quality of service from employees but also to strengthen their sense of belonging which can be beneficial to the employees, employers and society.

Best Property Contractor in Occupational Safety and Health Gold Award (2021-22)

City Security Company Limited won the “2021 – 2022 Best Property Contractor in Occupational Safety and Health Gold Award” for the first security company in Hong Kong. The award aims to recognize organizations with outstanding achievements in occupational safety and health. Our results in promotion of Occupational Safety and Health are encouraging. We will strive to create a heathy and safe working environment to all of our employees.

ERB Excellence Award for Employers (2020-21)

The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) organized the ERB Annual Award Presentation Ceremony 2020-21 today (6 March 2021) at the Southorn Stadium in Wan Chai. This year, a total of 114 awards were presented. City Services Group received the Excellence Award for Employers. These included employment opportunities to the ERB graduate trainees, provide on-the-job training and career development opportunities to the newly recruited, assist in promoting ERB courses and services, and help social groups with special needs in employment.

City Security Company Limited (CSL) has been awarded the" ERB Excellence Award for Employers"

City Security Company Limited (CSL) has been awarded the" ERB Excellence Award for Employers" by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). ERB acknowledge CSL with outstanding accomplishments in manpower development, and the fulfillment of social responsibilities. CSL has been continually supporting the manpower training and development with recruitment from retraining programs and to create employment opportunities in the society. Also, the number of staff recruited and the staff retention rate are both outstanding. On the other hand, our training program are not only to improve the quality of service from employees but also to strengthen their sense of belonging which can be beneficial to the employees, employers and society.

The 7th Best Property Safety Management Award

The 7th ‘Best OSH Property Management Award’ was held at the solicitation ceremony on the 15th of January 2020, and City Security Company Limited won the ‘Best Property Contractor in Occupational Safety and Health Merit Award’, which further illustrates and enhances City Security Company Limited’s position within the security industry.
 

HK Corporate Citizenship Program Charter

Hosted by the Hong Kong Productivity Council and co-sponsored by the Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education, the tenth "Hong Kong Corporate Citizenship Program" aims to promote corporate citizenship through a series of activities, encourage corporate fulfillment, and promote it to employees and their families, customers, and even The public to promote sustainable economic, social and environmental development.
