Mrs. Li Chan Kwai Chu, holder of Property Management Services Authority Licence (T1 No.838711), has over 35years of properties and facilities management experience. She has widely engaged in various property and facilities management services in both public and private sectors, as well as non-government organization. Throughout her career life, she has demonstrated profound professionalism and gained good reputation in winning reputable
awards in each organization she has worked with.
Overseeing management of cumulative over 40 public rental housing estates / Home Ownership Scheme estates with over 100,000 domestic units, plus commercial, carpark and other facilities for over 30 years. In September 2025, she appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for City Services Group.
