Mr. Au-Yeung Kam Yu is an  General Manager for City Services Group (CSG) with many years of experience and extensive knowledge in employee engagements, talent and skill management as well as organizational development.Prior to joining City Services Group Mr. Au-Yeung served in the Hong Kong Military Service Corps (HKMSC) as a Resettlement Officer with the rank of Warrant Officer. During which he was responsible for managing the resettlement and redundancy programmes for all members, including resettlement training, job replacement, skill evaluations and promotion projects. Mr. Au-Yeung is currently responsible for promoting an implementing human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs; directing staff within an organisation from both an operational and strategic perspective. Mr. Au-Yeung holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Business Administration from The American Coastline University. He has also obtained a Professional Training Advanced Certificate in Security Management from the Hong Kong College of Technology and an Internal Auditer Training Course Certification for Quality Management System ISO9001:2008 issued by the Hong Kong Certification Services International Limited.
