General Manager (Security Service)

Mr. Lam Ka Fu is an General Manager for City Security Limited (CSL) with many years of working experience and extensive knowledge of Security Risk Management, Strategic Planning,Quality Assurance and Organizational reviews.

Prior to joining City Services Group (CSG), Mr. Lam played a pivotal role in spearheading numerous Security and Strategic Protocol’s and Procedures for Corporate Clientele to assist them in managing a myriad of crisis events. Mr. Lam is currently responsible for overseeing the daily operations of CSL as well as Control budgets for security operations and staff coordination placement when responding to emergency situations. Mr. Lam successfully completed the ‘Train the Trainers’ course jointly organised by the National Training Organization for Secure the Environment and the Hong Kong Security Association. Mr. Lam also successfully obtained a Certificate for Port Facility Security Officers jointly issued by STET Maritime and Lion Security Limited which is recognised by the Hong Kong Government’s Marine Department.
