Mr.Liu joined City Services Group (CSG) in November 2008 as a Property Manager with the responsibility of overseeing all of the daily operations as well as providing professional strategies and planning within City Professional Management Limited (CPML). In 2021,Mr.Liu was appointed as a General Manager of CPML.
Mr.Liu holds a ‘Diploma in Housing Management’ from the University of Hong Kong’s School of Professional and Continuing Education. And in 2000, he was elected as a Corporate Member of ‘The Chartered Institute of Housing’, a position which he still presently holds.
