We have diligently prepared for this responsibility, ensuring thorough manpower planning and seamless coordination with the client. Hongway Garden located at No. 8 New Market Street in Sheung Wan offering 2 blocks with about 412units. City Security will endeavour to provide professional security services to the residents of Hongway Garden commencing from June 2026.

The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) hosted the prestigious "ERB Annual Awards 2025-26" on March 24th, 2026, at the Mong Kok MacPherson Stadium. At this esteemed event, City Servicesg Group once again surpassed previous accomplishments by winning the highly esteemed "ERB Outstanding Employer of the Year Award" for the forth consecutive year. This recognition not only acknowledges our company's active support for the ERB's initiatives but also highlights the invaluable assistance provided by our esteemed training institutions. Sing Tao News Corporation Building, located at 7 Chun Cheong Street, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, is a company engaged in publishing and media business. City Security has been providing security services for the building since March 2026. Through our professional training programmes and well-established systems, we ensure that the building's access control system is managed in a more systematic and regulated manner.

Grand Mayfair, located at 29 Kam Ho Road, Kam Tin South, was completed in October 2024 and comprises four blocks with a total of 715 residential units. City Security has been providing residential security services for Grand Mayfair since March. Leveraging our extensive experience in security services and a comprehensive management system, City is confident in meeting our client's requirements and delivering a superior, safe living environment while effectively preventing crime.

On February 3, 2026, the Police Officers' Club at 28 Hong Hing Road, Causeway Bay, hosted the prestigious 2024-2025"Best Security Services Awards and Best Partner Ceremony" for the Hong Kong Island Region. The event was attended by esteemed guests, including the Hong Kong Island Regional Commander, Assistant Commissioner of Police Kwok Ka-chuen, Kenneth, Chairman of the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority Yip Chun-nam, B.B.S., M.H., and the President of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies Limited, Dr. Cheng Kam-wah, Edmond. 

This award ceremony aims to honor the outstanding contributions of security personnel over the past year in assisting the police to combat crime. With over a thousand security professionals competing. Mr. Leung Kwok San, serving at the residential estate Kornhill in Hong Kong's East Island, managed by MTR Corporation, was awarded the Best Securit yPersonnel. His quick thinking and calm demeanor, combined with close cooperation with the security team, led to the successful apprehension of a suspect involved in a burglary and show his professional.
